Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Voyage Provisions. If you are not completely happy with your travel gear, you may return it under our Return and Refund Policy. Please read the following sections carefully to understand the process and requirements for returns and refunds.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. You must initiate the return process within 30 days of receiving your order. If the return request is made after this period, we may not be able to process your return. Certain items, such as personalized or custom products, may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, you must email us at [email protected]. In your email, please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond to your request within 3 business days with further instructions. Please do not send your item back without first contacting us, as this may delay the return process.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If we agree to cover the return shipping costs, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures that you receive the correct item in a timely manner. Please follow the return process outlined above for returning your original item.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We may request photos of the damage to assess the situation. If the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged, we will provide you with a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred. Please do not return defective items without prior approval.
